Trip to Bisbee Arizona!

Karl and I had an itch to get out of town this last weekend, so we thought we'd go to Bisbee since we both have never been there. Let me tell you it is totally a town worth seeing! Bisbee is such a quaint mining town. Karl and I loved it! In fact we both would like to live there for a little bit, hopefully sometime in the future. Parts of the town reminded my a little of Europe! The whole town is built on a hill. There are a bunch of stairways that lead you all around the town and cobblestone like alley ways. We really enjoyed walking all around town and visiting all the little shops. I can't wait to get back there. We even stopped by Tombstone on the way home because we enjoyed our first Tombstone trip so much! Gosh, both Tombstone and Bisbee are such amazing historical towns!

Thankful!

I have just been sitting here thinking of the many things I am thankful for and feel inspired to share! First of all I am extremely thankful for my amazing fiance, Karl. He is my best friend, and to think I had tried to avoid him on our very first encounter! He is such a strong, smart, and loving person. He is such an example to me and what I would like to be more like. He is so kind to others and so non judgemental. If I could only have more of is easy going personality.

Next, I am truly blessed to be marrying into such a wonderful family. The Pedersen's are such a fun, close family and I'm so lucky to be a part of this family. There is never a dull moment with them. There is always someone making the rest of us laugh! Game nights are a blast at Debbie and Rob's. If only my game skills were a little better, I might actually have a chance at winning! Guess I'll have to work on that!

Friends are such a blessing in my life. I couldn't get through this life without them. I am so lucky to have such amazing friends. I have learned so much from my friends and because of them I know how to be a better friend. The friendships I have made through out my life have truly helped shape me into the person I am today!

Last but not least, I am sooooooooooosoooooooooooooooosooooooooo grateful for my amazing family! I must say I have the BEST family in the world. I honestly have the most amazing mom. Never have a I seen a women work so hard for her family and take on the role of mother, father, caregiver, counselor, friend, and care taker. She deserve the best this life has to offer. You know what she would say? I have the best that life has to offer! If only I could become half the women she is, I would be grateful. Not only do I have an amazing mom, but I also have an amazing brother, Jared. Jared is such a good example to anyone who knows him. He is always serving others and never says no. Something I could learn from him. I am so blessed that he loves me despite all that we can disagree on. And there is Mary, my amazing sister. I am so glad Jared brought her to our family. She is such an amazing sister, friend, listener, and mother. I know that no matter how big or small my problems are, I can go to her and she will drop everything to listen and help me workout my problem. I couldn't ask for a better sister. Not only is she an amazing sister, but she is a ridiculously amazing mother of my ridiculously cute niece (princess). Eveylnne is the newest member of our family and the most fun! I'm so proud to be Eveylnne's aunt. She brightens my day and keeps me laughing! It's hard to believe we ever lived without her in our lives. I cannot forget my great step dad, I feels so blessed that my mom and Ralph found each other. I could not ask for a better guy to take care of my mom. Ralph took on a whole new family when he married my mom and I truly appreciate all that he has done for our family. Ralph also brought with him his wonderful family, that I am proud to call my own. Hopefully someday I can be a little more like each of my family members! I can only hope!

Work, Work, and More Work!!

So, what's new with me and Karl, not much! I just took a new job with Arrowhead pain management and endoscopy center. I still work at Osborn Hospital. I now work every other Sunday and every Monday at Osborn and every Tuesday thru Friday at Arrowhead. Crazy work schedule, I know, but with our wedding coming up I'll take all the money I can get! Karl is still working Monday thru Friday at Charle Schwab and still loves talking stocks. I feel pretty luck to be marrying a numbers guy, hopefully he can make my bank account numbers go up! :) If only it was that easy! Karl and I actually don't mind working so much because the pay off is well worth it! Money, Money, Money! :)

Slacker!

Ok, so I know I'm a total slacker! I thought by joining the blog world I would be able to keep people posted on my wedding plans and whats new in my life, but apparently I'm not a very good blogger! Well the only thing that has been going on with Karl and I is work, work, and more work! Oh, and planning our wedding! So far most of the wedding is planned! All that is left to really do is get a DJ (any suggestions) and a bartender (any suggestions). We are getting excited for our big day. To tell you the truth I'm kind of sick of planning the wedding and seeing my bank account decrease! Seriously, when did weddings start costing so much! Karl and I will be married March 14th 2009 and then we plan on moving to Boise Idaho soon after. Karl and I are more excited to move to Idaho then anything else. I'm a little sad too! Don't get me wrong I really want to try a new place to live and explore, however I'm really going to miss my family! I have to say I have the best family in the world. I have a amazing mom, who is my best friend. I know I am going to miss her terribly! My plan is to get her and my step dad Ralph to move to Idaho too. I've been working on my brother Jared and sister in law Mary already! However, Karl and I will not be with out family in Idaho, his family lives there. I have already warned his mom Debbie and his sister Lynnette that they may get sick of me when I start showing up at their houses all the time to hang out! Karl and I are really excited to get to spend more time with the his family and look forward to movie and game nights over at his parents house. I'm going to have to work on my card game skills to hang with the Pedersens thought :)
